Beat The Bomb is seeking a dedicated Cook to help create a unique experience for customers and teammates through food service. You will execute recipes, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to overall Beat The Bomb operations.

Qualifications

• Serve Safe certification or willingness to take courses to obtain certification.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prep food per recipe and tickets.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Complete time/temperature checklists.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen at start and end of shift.
• Prepare items to spec and tickets.
• Wash, sanitize and store plateware and equipment.
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist front-of-house duties during down times.
