Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to prep fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, ensure orders are accurate, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including hood filters cleaning.
• Support the team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
