Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while staying focused and organized.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
• Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients before service.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure dishes meet kitchen standards.
• Assist with receiving, rotating, and properly storing ingredients and supplies.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support other kitchen duties as needed.
