Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure sanitary practices.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures with ovens, broilers, grills, and other equipment.
• Monitor and determine if foods are cooked sufficiently using taste, smell, or thermometers.
• Prepare stations according to company guidelines and assist with inventory and forecasting as needed.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, or catered events in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
