Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Dallas, TX is seeking a Cook to join our team. The Cook reports to the Chef or Chef Manager and is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and/or catered events while upholding high customer service and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe handling.
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures for ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Check freshness of ingredients and rotate stock as needed.
• Prepare and serve foods to customers in a timely manner.
• Prepare stations and assist with inventory as directed.
