1. Meal Preparation: Follow standardized recipes, prepare menu items for your shift, and prep food for the next shift.
2. Meal Cooking: Cook and prepare meals, read recipes/meal tickets, and ensure proper portion control.
3. Cleaning: Maintain a clean kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash.
4. Food Storage: Ensure food and items are stocked and stored properly.
5. Resident Interaction: Be polite and helpful to residents, responding to requests professionally.
6. Compliance: Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
