Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking a Culinary and Concessions Manager to lead BOH concession operations across WestWorld and Monterra venues, ensuring top-quality food, guest service, and event-ready service during high-volume events.

You will supervise culinary teams, manage inventory and safety compliance, coordinate with catering events, and partner with operations to maintain consistent, excellent dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage or concession facilities management.
• Ability to forecast inventory and manage costs.
• Strong communication and leadership in high-volume environments.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, POS, shared platforms).

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH concession operations across venues during events.
• Lead and supervise culinary concession teams and staff.
• Plan operations based on event schedules and forecasted demand.
• Ensure stands are stocked, operational, and event-ready.
• Maintain food quality, service times, and cost controls.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, FIFO, and waste reduction.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with events and culinary teams for smooth service.
