The position is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service. Our Intermediate Line Cooks (Cook 2), require good communication and culinary skills. The primary focus of this position will be on breakfast and brunch offerings.

The hourly rate range for this position is currently offered from $27.50/hour to $31.79/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have open and flexible availability, to include: early morning thru midday, weekends
• Refined verbal communication skills
• 2 years previous line experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills
• Able to work single station in the kitchen
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
