Qualifications
Five years of related industry experience required.
Combination of hospitality, culinary, and/or baking and pastry related education and industry experience required.
Familiarity with Microsoft computer applications preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide instruction in Hospitality, Culinary and/or Baking & Pastry courses.
Prepare daily instructional lesson plans based on agreed curriculum.
Instruct lectures and hands-on classes on campus, off campus or remotely.
