Eventide Care Center in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Culinary Assistant / Server to work on a PRN basis. The role includes weekend and holiday shifts and delivers meal service to residents under sanitary conditions, coordinating with Nutrition and Culinary Services staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer and serve menu choices to residents in a cheerful, respectful manner.
• Follow portion control size standards.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, tables, equipment, and utensils.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare menu items as assigned by supervisor.
• Verify items are prepared and labeled for service.
• Store leftovers according to handling guidelines.
• Plan work schedule to meet serving times.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and storage.
