Qualifikationen

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic problem-solving and willingness to accept supervision
• Experience in elderly care or hospitality preferred

Aufgaben

• Prepare and set up the dining room for meals; serve residents and transport food to other dining areas.
• Set and clear tables, wash dishes, and clean kitchen and dining spaces according to schedules.
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene; use PPE and comply with hair covering and hand protection rules.
• Report unsafe conditions and respond to alarms or emergencies.
• Attend staff meetings and in-services; participate in safety committees.
• Assist with activities and events as requested.
• Complete incident reports and uphold confidentiality under HIPAA.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and state regulations for assisted living.
