Hireology is seeking a Culinary Assistant to support the kitchen, dining room, and dish room under the Culinary Coordinator. You will help ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates are high school students (14+) pursuing a diploma or GED, with good communication and teamwork skills. This part-time role offers flexible hours, benefits, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and set up the dining room for meals; serve residents and transport food to other dining areas.
• Set and clear tables, wash dishes, and clean kitchen and dining spaces according to schedules.
• Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene practices, including PPE and hair covering/hand protection.
• Report unsafe conditions and respond to alarms or emergency situations.
• Participate in staff meetings, bi-weekly in-services, and safety committees.
• Assist with scheduled activities and special events as requested.
• Complete incident reports, work orders, and uphold confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Follow all Policies & Procedures and comply with state regulations for assisted living.
