Park View, a Cassia community, in Buffalo, MN, is hiring a self-motivated Flex Culinary Assistant. Training is provided, no experience required, with a $1,000 bonus and benefits. Shifts include day and evening coverage at Park Terrace and Park View, with a variety of duties in food prep, service, and kitchen care.

Position is Full-Time, Flex, with a varying schedule. Wage range is $18.78–$21/hour, plus $2 shift differential; a $1,000 bonus is offered. Location: 200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or healthcare experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through stations: food prep, serving, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.

Park View, a Cassia community, is hiring a self-motivated, energetic Flex Culinary Assistant to join our team in Buffalo, MN! This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $1,000 Bonus!

This position is a unique approach to help cover for employees on leave of absences, on scheduled vacations, or other open shifts. You will be working Day and Evening shifts at both our Assisted Living (Park Terrace) and Skilled Nursing Facility (Park View). They are connected to one another. Also, in addition to Culinary Server duties, you may be covering for Prep Cooks as well.

Position Type: Full-Time, Flex, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule

Shifts Available (Including Every Other Weekend):

• Days 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Evenings 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
• (Availability to work both required)

Wage Range: $18.78 to $21 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential: $2 / hour

Bonus: $1,000
