Job summary

Park View, a Cassia community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our devoted team in Buffalo, MN. This full-time role includes a $2,000 bonus, wage range $21.02–$24.31 per hour, and an evening shift differential of $2.50 per hour.

Shifts include Days and Evenings, with on-site work at 200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313. As a CNA, you’ll deliver essential resident care, maintain a clean, safe environment, and collaborate with nurses to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Position Type: Full‑Time, benefits eligible position

Available Shifts (includes working every other weekend):

Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Evening: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

Wage Range: $21.02 - $24.31 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential: $2.50 / per hour for evening shift

Bonus: $2,000 FT
