Job summary

Park View Care Center, a Cassia community, is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare meals for residents with compassion and teamwork. You’ll follow recipes, create specials, and ensure safety standards while contributing to a caring, home-like environment.

We offer a flexible schedule (Part-Time or Full-Time) with every other weekend; wage range $19.22-$22.82 per hour and up to a $1,000 bonus for full-time staff. Join us to grow your hospitality career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.
• Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
• Follow and understand diet restrictions and modifications.
• Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.

As a Cook at Park View Care Center, you will prepare meals for our residents. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a team environment, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our residents’ lives.

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, working a varying scheduling including every other weekend required

Shift Available:
Evenings 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Part-Time 48 hours per pay-period)
Evenings 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time every other weekend)

Wage Range: $19.22 - $22.82 /hour depending on experience

Bonus:
Part-Time $500
Full-Time $1,000
