Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dining services aide to assist with food preparation and serving for residents, families, and guests. Under general supervision, you will promote SRIM's core value of the golden rule and maintain a clean, safe dining area.

You will work as part of a team to support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, keep kitchen and dining spaces sanitary, and ensure a dignified atmosphere for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required; less than one year of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions, with attention to sanitation and safety.
• Willingness to participate in trainings and in-service meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation of food according to the established menu.
• Serves residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly dining and kitchen environment.
• Cleans kitchen, food service equipment, and storage areas daily.
• Supports a dignified and caring atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
