Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Server to assist residents during mealtimes, taking orders and serving meals with friendly, attentive service. You will greet residents, note dietary restrictions, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Maintain knowledge of menu items and portions, follow sanitation guidelines, and assist with special dining events as required. A positive, calm demeanor is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar facility or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and portion sizes.

Responsibilities

• Take meal orders accurately while considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Serve meals promptly and courteously; provide refills as requested.
• Greet residents and assist them to tables; respond to requests
• Communicate effectively with culinary staff to coordinate meal service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and portion sizes to answer resident questions.
