Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dining services assistant to support SRIM's resident dining program in Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will help with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean, orderly dining and kitchen environment.

Under supervision, you will follow sanitation procedures, assist residents, and respond promptly to requests. A positive, respectful attitude and teamwork are essential, along with adherence to policies and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation according to the established menu.
• Serve residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, and storage areas.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules.
• Respond to residents' and families' requests for assistance.
• Communicate effectively with residents in understandable language.
• Work as a team with associates and management.
• Adhere to attendance and call-off policy.
• Attend trainings and mandatory meetings.
