Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dining services assistant to support SRIM's food service for residents, families, and guests. Under supervision, duties include helping with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

You will follow sanitation procedures, assist with dishwashing, manage daily cleaning schedules, and respond to resident needs with courtesy. The role emphasizes dignity, HIPAA compliance, teamwork, and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Related experience or training preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation according to the established menu.
• Serve residents in dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules in kitchen and dining areas.
• Clean kitchen, dining room equipment, and food storage areas daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to residents’ and family requests for assistance.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and dress code policies and work as part of a team.
