Job summary

Biltmore's culinary internship offers rotating through two professional kitchens to build confidence and experience in restaurant environments, with field trips and training in sustainable farming and field-to-table programs.

Culinary students must be enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited program; minimum 12 weeks; the role requires availability for day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays; includes housing when space permits and a minimum of 35 hours weekly; $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited culinary training program.
• Minimum training commitment is 12 weeks.
• We seek candidates who are committed to guest-focused service and passionate about developing culinary skill in a variety of settings.
