Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana seeks an enthusiastic Culinary Lab Assistant to support our culinary arts classes. You will help maintain the lab flow, clean dishes, prep supplies, and assist instructors to ensure a safe, smooth learning environment for students.

Flexible scheduling up to 28 hours per week across one or more classes; candidates who communicate well with students and enjoy hands-on culinary education are encouraged to apply. Prior lab experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to support culinary arts classes and assist instructors.
• Good communication with students and staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes and prep supplies.
• Keep the lab organized per instructor needs.
• Assist students with following recipes when needed.
