Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington is seeking part-time culinary lab assistants to support instructors and keep classes running smoothly in the kitchen labs.

Assistants handle dishwashing, prep, and lab organization, help students follow recipes, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment for hands-on culinary education.

This role offers up to 28 hours/week across classes and benefits including health, retirement, and tuition assistance for employees and families.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with students and instructors.
• Timely, reliable, and professional in a classroom setting.
• Interest in culinary arts education or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes and prep kitchen supplies as directed.
