American Senior Communities in Clinton Gardens is seeking a focused Culinary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and a clean dining environment for residents. You will assist with meal items, portioning, and maintaining sanitary kitchen practices in a team-focused setting.

This role emphasizes customer service, routine tasks, and collaboration with culinary leaders and staff to ensure a positive dining experience for residents and adherence to dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Required: Commitment to customer service.
• Required: Willingness to perform routine tasks and effectively work alongside culinary team and leaders.
• Preferred: Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling, unless required by State and Federal agencies.
• Preferred: Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with culinary leaders to best meet the needs of residents and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in the preparation and portions of meal items according to the menu and resident diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Clean equipment as needed, maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace.
