American Senior Communities is seeking a Culinary Aide at Stonebrooke Rehab for full-time day shifts. You will help ensure residents receive safe, nutritious meals by assisting with meal prep, portioning, and maintaining a clean dining and kitchen area.

Formación

• Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling preferred; may be earned during employment.
• Prior restaurant server experience preferred.
• Commitment to customer service required.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in preparation and portioning of meal items according to the menu and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
