American Senior Communities in Indiana is seeking a Culinary Aide to support residents with meals, sanitation, and friendly service. This full-time role offers day and evening shifts and growth opportunities within a respected senior care provider.

You will work with culinary leaders to prepare and portion meals, set up trays, and help maintain a clean kitchen and dining area while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Required: Commitment to customer service.
• Required: Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team/leaders.
• Preferred: Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling (can be earned on the job).
• Preferred: Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs.
• Assist in meal prep and portioning per menu and diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workplace and equipment.
