Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indiana is seeking a Dietary Aide to provide compassionate meal support in a resident-centered environment. You will assist in meal preparation and portioning according to menu and diet requirements, support onboarding of new teammates, and communicate with the dietary manager to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to engage with residents and families.
• Experience in food service operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion
• Assisting in onboarding new teammates and acting as a positive teammate
• Assists in preparation and portion of meal items according to menu and diet requirements to accommodate resident needs
• Communicates effectively with Certified Dietary Manager throughout shift as needed to best meet needs of the residents.
