Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our resident-focused care teams. You will help prepare and portion meals according to diets, provide friendly service, and work closely with the Dietary Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

This role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork within a community-based setting. Prior food service experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and participation in benefits programs.”

Dietary Aide

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?

• Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion
• Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
• Assists in preparation and portion of meal items according to menu and diet requirements to accommodate resident needs.
• Communicates effectively with Certified Dietary Manager throughout shift as needed to best meet needs of the residents.
