Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indiana is seeking a Dietary Aide to provide compassionate meal service to residents. You will assist with meal preparation, portion control, and ensure diet requirements are met while supporting a warm, respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation and portion of meal items according to menu and diet requirements to accommodate resident needs.
• Communicates effectively with Certified Dietary Manager throughout shift as needed to best meet needs of the residents.
• Assists in onboarding new teammates and acts as a positive teammate with fellow employees.

• Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion
