You will teach courses such as Basic Cooking Skills, International Cooking, and Foodservice Fundamentals, in person or online, with flexible assignments per credit hour.

Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in hospitality or related field, or an associate’s degree with substantial professional experience in the discipline.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the field or related discipline is required.
• If the Master’s degree is outside the teaching field, substantial professional work experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach 3+ credit hours in hospitality courses.
• Interact with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.
• Infuse technology into coursework and be available for student consultation.
• Deliver instruction in person or online and provide timely feedback.
