Job summary

Metropolitan State University of Denver invites applications for temporary affiliate faculty in the Nutrition Department to teach one or more credit hours per semester, undergraduate and graduate courses such as Introduction to Nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy. Teaching is on a per-credit-hour basis and based on department needs.

Candidates should be able to teach in person on campus, support diverse learners, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field required for undergraduate level courses.
• Doctorate in Nutrition or related field required to teach graduate level courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or more credit hours as determined by the Department of Nutrition.
• Provide instruction per curriculum and be available for student consultation in-person or remotely.
