Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and direct inquiries professionally.
• Assist management with confidential employment and labor documents.
• Assist with staffing and coverage when employees are absent.
• Maintain good working relationships with school personnel, administrators, students, parents, and Supervisor.
• Maintain records of students eligible for free and reduced-price meals if applicable.
• Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
• Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
• Process vendor invoices for payment using computer and verify pricing.
• Prepare monthly state claim forms for reimbursement.
• Assist in preparation of end-of-month financial reports.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ensure safe job practices.
