Clarendale at Bellevue Place is seeking a hospitality-focused Culinarian for full-time production cooking in the Community Culinary Services Department. You will maintain high quality, cleanliness, and presentation while preparing meals to meet nutritional standards. This role involves resident interaction and contributing to a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organizational flow.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times.
• Prepare and serve menu cycles compliant with nutritional/dietary criteria and policies.
• Show cooking standards of speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and adjust operations accordingly.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to create a positive marketing environment.
