Clarendale at Bellevue Place in Nashville, TN is seeking a hospitality-focused Culinarian for full-time production cooking in our Community Culinary Services Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Culinary degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization according to community standards.

• Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with dietary criteria and local regulations.
• Demonstrate cooking standards of speed, accuracy and efficiency.
