Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is hiring caregivers in Lehi, Utah to support clients in their own homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. You’ll build genuine relationships and provide compassionate, personalized care.

We welcome dependable individuals with a caring attitude. No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training; a valid driver’s license is preferred for client transportation, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with seniors preferred but not required. We provide all training.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Current TB test on file or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a state-required background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Encourage independence while delivering compassionate, personalized care.
• Tailor care to each client’s needs.
