HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their own homes. You will work one-on-one with clients, providing a range of non-medical services to help them age in place with dignity and respect.

We value compassionate care, reliability, and clear communication. A CNA/HHA license is preferred, and experience with elderly or chronically ill individuals is a plus. Enjoy flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement with our team.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred.
• 6 months of full-time care or 12 months of part-time care for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proof of TB testing.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Pass a national/state background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with ambulation and medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.

You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
