Job summary

HomeWell Care Services CT299 is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team to enhance seniors' lives in their own homes through non-medical, one-on-one support. You will work with clients individually, providing companionship, basic daily tasks, and assistance that helps them age in place with dignity.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a responsibility to maintain safety, with flexible schedules and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
