The CU Succeed program enables high school juniors and seniors totake CU Denver courses in their high schools for dual credit duringthe school day. All applicants into this position are seekingapproval as CU Denver Adjunct Faculty members to teach CU Denvercourses that are requested by Denver area High Schools.
The posting will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers for theCU Succeed Silver program. Candidates hired from this pool willfill temporary, non-tenure track positions and will teach no morethan two courses per semester. Appointments will be part-time (lessthan 50%) and will be made semester-by-semester, depending on theneeds of Denver area High Schools. Therefore, this posting does notnecessarily reflect a current open position. This temporaryLecturer recruitment pool is anticipated to remain continuouslyactive.
Instructors will teach courses in High Schools. These instructorsare approved by academic departments to offer course content fordesignated courses.
