Job summary

Nexxen is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to support Tier 1 CTV publishers, acting as the primary technical partner to publishers and internal teams. You will ensure seamless platform support, drive account optimization, and advocate for customer needs across product and engineering.

Qualifications include a BS in CS or related field and 3+ years in TAM/solutions engineering within AdTech, with strong analytical and communication skills and SQL knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or similar technical role, preferably in AdTech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner to both publishers and internal account teams, ensuring seamless platform support.
• Collaborate with Product to understand the CTV ecosystem and advocate for customer needs.
• Own submission, prioritization, and tracking of product enhancement requests.
• Escalate complex technical and operational issues affecting publisher accounts and drive resolution.
