Job summary
Nexxen is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to ensure seamless support for our Tier 1 CTV publishers and internal teams. You will be the primary technical partner, owning publisher integrations, troubleshooting, and driving revenue-friendly solutions across the platform.
Collaborate with Product and Account teams to define enhancements and ensure rapid resolution of complex issues. The ideal candidate has a CS-related degree, 3+ years in TAM or similar, strong analytical
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- AdTech experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Tier 1 CTV publisher accounts.
- Serve as the primary technical partner to publishers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Product to understand CTV ecosystem and customer needs.
- Own submission, prioritization, and tracking of product enhancement requests.
- Provide ongoing technical support for publisher deals and platform issues.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and revenue.
