Job summary

Nice is looking for a Technical Account Manager to engage with key customers post-implementation of products. The TAM will work closely with customers to ensure their success and address complex issues using NiCE CX technologies.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of experience in a technical role. Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills are essential. Frequent travel may be required to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Technical/Service role in software or telecommunications.
• Proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
