Job description

A fast-moving, well-resourced SaaS company in the home improvement industry is looking for a founding-caliber CTO to lead its engineering, product, and design organization. The platform covers the full project lifecycle for field-based businesses design, visualization, quoting, scheduling, and installation and is already backed by a large, established operating business with a captive user base.

This is a greenfield build with real structural advantages: domain expertise, internal customers, and the operational foundation to scale. The CTO will own the technology strategy, product roadmap, and team hiring, working directly alongside the CEO to execute an aggressive multi-year product vision.

What we're looking for:
  • Engineering-first career with clear IC and architect-level roots before executive roles
  • Personally architected complex, multi-team platforms not just org leadership above engineers
  • Founded or been the technical second-in-command at a startup from early stage
  • Led engineering organizations of 40-plus people with accountability for hiring and performance

Compensation: Total comp potential up to $500,000.
