Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a CTO Operations Lead to act as a strategic force multiplier for the Chief Technology Officer. You will manage priorities with the CTO Chief of Staff and align time with Cloudflare's critical technical and business goals.

The role requires operational rigor, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate cross-functional landscapes, delivering actionable insights and compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical program management or chief of staff-style roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to create executive briefings and high-quality presentations.
• Experience managing operational data, budgets, or headcount planning.
• High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate rhythm of the CTO department and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare strategic briefings and context for CTO ahead of engagements and customer calls.
• Own follow-through on action items from meetings across teams.
• Collaborate with CTO to craft compelling presentations and narratives.
• Lead special projects within the Office of the CTO and define success metrics.
