What You'll Do

• Define the company's technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy
• Build and scale the engineering organization while remaining hands‑on with development

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to solve complex technical and product challenges
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑caliber engineering team

What You Bring

• Experience building products from 0 to 1 in a startup or high‑growth environment
• Current or previous CTO, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or senior engineering leader with deep technical expertise
• Hands‑on experience building production systems with Python, TypeScript/React (Go is a plus)
• Proven experience leading technical architecture, engineering strategy, and team growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance executive leadership and hands‑on engineering
