Job summary

Los Angeles LGBT Center seeks a Chief Technology Officer to lead enterprise-wide technology modernization and optimize the OCHIN Epic system. You will direct technology strategy, budgets, and procurement while guiding IT teams to deliver reliable, compliant services across the organization.

The role focuses on healthcare IT modernization, end-user experience, and operational efficiency, reporting to the Chief of Staff. Strong leadership and extensive Epic expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning experience in complex organizations.
• Proven expertise in Epic/Epic system implementation and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives.
• Stabilize and optimize the OCHIN Epic system for efficient delivery.
• Direct technology strategy, budgeting, and purchasing decisions.
• Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership to IT teams, including the Head of Technology.
