Cobb Systems Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology strategy, governance, operations, and modernization efforts for a growing financial services firm in New York. You will be an integral member of the executive team, ensuring a secure, compliant, scalable technology environment aligned with business goals.

The role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity, regulatory technology risk, cloud- and hybrid environments, vendor management, and operational

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 20 years of technology experience.
Minimum 12 years in technology leadership, including enterprise ops, budgets, vendors, and initiatives.
Minimum 10 years in technology experience within regulated financial services.
Experience managing large technology budgets and investments.
Experience leading enterprise technology organizations with internal and outsourced resources.
Experience overseeing outsourced operations, cloud providers, and MSPs.
Strong governance, contract management, and third-party risk.
Experience with cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, audit, and controls.
Experience participating in regulatory examinations and audits.
Experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid environments.
Executive communication skills with boards.

Mansioni

Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Oversee outsourced technology environments, including hosting, cloud, and help desk services.
Govern third-party providers with SLAs, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
Lead technology infrastructure, cloud services, apps, data platforms, and networks.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all technology operations.
Collaborate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit on cybersecurity controls.
Represent Technology in regulatory examinations, audits, and risk reviews.
Oversee cybersecurity controls: IAM, vulnerability mgmt, SOC, backups, incident response.
Maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience programs.
Lead vendor selection, due diligence, negotiations, and transition planning.
Review SOC reports, financial viability, regulatory compliance, and concentration risk.
