General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Defense CTO Cyber Capability Team Lead & Solutions Senior Director to own a full-spectrum cyber portfolio across offensive, defensive, OT/ICS, and platform cyber.

You will lead a high-performing remote team, curate market-ready offerings, and accelerate growth and delivery from enterprise to edge. You will drive IRAD investments and ensure proposals meet zero-trust RMF requirements, while partnering across CTO, Growth and Delivery to deliver

Qualifications

Required: 15+ years of progressive technical and team leadership experience in cyber, zero trust, infrastructure and edge computing.
Security Clearance: SECRET with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills to lead highly technical teams.
Preferred: experience with Government customers, US Military.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve offerings across offensive, defensive, OT/ICS, platform & weapons cyber with clear value props and delivery playbooks.
Build and govern a portfolio of cyber offerings; develop talent pipelines and upskilling paths.
Lead end-to-end solutioning for Defense; translate mission requirements into compliant architectures.
Drive growth and delivery by shaping opportunities and partnering with delivery leaders.
Direct IRAD strategy and execution; measure transition-to-program and value created.
