The CTO will define and scale our technology vision, lead infrastructure strategy, and partner with executives to align tech with our mission, while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering or technology leadership.
• Proven experience scaling platforms (SaaS/fintech/govtech).
• Deep understanding of DevOps, SDLC, and audit frameworks.
• Expertise in cloud infra (GCP preferred) and security operations.
• Strong executive presence and board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term technology vision, roadmap, and standards.
• Oversee infrastructure, product engineering, DevOps, QA and compliance readiness.
• Build and lead a high-performing technical team and foster security culture.
• Own platform architecture and cloud infra; ensure high availability and audit readiness.
• Report to the CEO and advise on investments, risks, and tech decisions.
