Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi-year technology vision and roadmap aligned with Journal Technologies' long-term goals.
• Bring a customer-centric, problem-first approach to product development, ensuring teams deeply understand user needs before committing to solutions.
• Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities that strengthen existing products and open new areas of value for the company.
• Advise executive leadership on technology investments, build-versus-buy decisions, and potential acquisitions or partnerships.
• Define architectural vision and principles, ensuring systems are configurable, repeatable, scalable, secure, modular, and upgradable.
