Job summary

Teikametrics is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive our technology and product development as we scale from $50M to $100M+ ARR. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the technical roadmap for our patented orchestration layer and AI capabilities across major marketplaces.

You will lead distributed engineering teams across the US and India, build scalable microservices on cloud platforms, and partner with leadership to translate business goals into technical initiatives while

Qualifications

10–15+ years building SaaS technology and leading engineering teams
Degree in Computer Science from a leading technical institution
Proven experience leading distributed teams across US and India at SaaS companies
Technical expertise in scalable microservices using the latest cloud technologies
Demonstrated success managing distributed teams with engineering presence in India
Strong AI/ML background with experience in generative AI, LLMs, or related technologies
Operational excellence mindset with track record of high-performing distributed engineering cultures

Responsibilities

Lead and scale distributed engineering teams across US and India
Own and execute the technical roadmap aligned with our AI-powered marketplace platform strategy
Simplify and expand infrastructure via scalable microservices using the latest cloud technologies
Design and implement technical solutions to support scaling ARR
Drive innovation in our orchestration layer and AI capabilities
Partner with Product and Senior Leadership to design and execute technology supporting business requirements
