You will drive agile transformation, foster innovation, and align technology with business goals, delivering scalable solutions and strong governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; executive leadership experience considered.
• Proven track record delivering strategic technology initiatives and business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading Agile teams and technology-driven transformation.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Application Development, Data & Analytics teams and technology partnerships.
• Develop and oversee technology roadmap, budget, and alignment with business goals.
• Provide updates and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team on tech initiatives.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of technology and data projects.
• Drive AI adoption and integration into business processes and workflows.
